Landwerke Eifel AöR is planning the construction of the new Hohnersberg elevated tank as a pressure-determining tank for the east-west route of the regional interconnected grid. The new elevated tank will be fed by the Bettingen waterworks and will be designed as an underground tank in concrete construction with a volume of approx. 5,000 m³.

The basic services to § 43 ff or § 55 ff of the HOAI, LPH 1-8 (basic determination, preliminary, draft, approval, implementation planning, preparation and participation in the awarding of contracts, site management) are to be provided for the engineering structures and the technical equipment. and for structural planning, the basic services to § 51 ff of the HOAI, LP 1-6, as well as additional special services.

The planning service is to be provided according to the Building Information Modeling (BIM) procedure. The project platform "BIM 360 DOCS" is provided by the client. The required Client Information Requirements (AEOI) become part of the tender documents and are included in the second stage of the selection process.

The route from the Bettingen waterworks to the new elevated tank to be built is carried out in DN 400, and the pre-chamber installation must be carried out accordingly. The elevated tank is to be built next to the B 50 in the district of Hisel, corridor 1, parcel 2/1.

The necessary permits must be obtained from the Structure and Approval Directorate North of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate (SGD-Nord) or the district administration of the Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm, the VG-Verwaltung Bitburger Land and the responsible health office.
