4.1 The subject of the contract is the Modernization of the Development Plant in Wólka Rokicka.

4.2.1. part 1 of the order – "Execution of the roofing of the storage from concrete blocks together with the separation of the raw material warehouse, located on the premises of the Waste Management Plant in Wólka Rokicka" includes:

1) Preparation of Design Documentation in accordance with the functional and utility program – hereinafter PFU (Annex No. 1 to SWZ) containing:

a) Land (land) development project, architectural and construction design, technical design developed in accordance with the requirements of pfu, the Construction Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 11 September 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction project and in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program - in paper form (5 copies) and in electronic form on CD / DVD (2 copies);

b) executive designs for the entire scope of the contract developed in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program (Journal of Laws, item 2454). - in paper form (3 copies) and in electronic form on CD/DVD 2 copies);

c) bills of quantities for the entire scope of the contract developed in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program – in paper form 3 copies) and in electronic form on CD / DVD (2 copies);

d) investor cost estimate prepared in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on determining the methods and bases for preparing the investor's cost estimate, calculating the planned costs of design works and planned costs of construction works specified in the functional and utility program - in paper form (2 copies) and in electronic form on CD / DVD (2 copies);

e) technical specification of execution and acceptance of works in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 11 September 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction project and in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program – in paper form 3 copies) and in the form of electronic on CD/DVD (2 copies);

2) obtaining legally required decisions, opinions, arrangements and checks of the Project Documentation for the planned project;

3) obtaining a building permit or submitting a notification of the intention to perform construction works (in accordance with the conditions resulting from the Construction Law) and other necessary administrative decisions to start construction works,

4) execution of construction works on the basis of the Design Documentation;

5) performing geodetic services;

6) obtaining an occupancy permit or notifying the construction supervision authority about the completion of construction (in accordance with the premises resulting from the Construction Law) on behalf of the Ordering Party.

4.2.2. part 2 of the order – "Purchase, delivery and configuration of the screen" includes:

Delivery and configuration of a mobile screen used to screen the under-sieve fraction from mixed municipal waste resulting from sieving and biostabilization, green waste, bio precipitation, compost. Technical parameters described in Annex No. .1.2
