open procedure for the preventive and corrective maintenance of ventilation, aggottamento (clear water and sewage) and water treatment systems located at the depot, stations, ventilation shafts and tunnels of Line C of the Rome Metro

The total presumed amount is equal to € 1,425,553.43, excluding VAT of which: a) € 1,308,654.71 as an amount for the preventive and corrective maintenance service, support activities for the revision of pumps and inverters to be carried out in the monitoring shifts and availability outside the monitoring shift, to be compensated by body, subject to a tender reduction; b) € 24,000.00, as an amount for the corrective maintenance service with failure extra duty of supervision, corrective maintenance interventions on systems located on public or road headquarters, to be evaluated to measure, subject to a tender reduction; c) € 90,000.00 as an amount for the possible supply of spare parts not present in the Atac warehouse, to be compensated to measure, with a discount of 30% compared to the price of the list of the manufacturer of the machine or of the individual component, not subject to a tender discount; d) € 2,898.72, as an amount for security charges; Pursuant to paragraph 16 of art. 23 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 the following labor costs have been identified: € 1,066,991.03.
