Kristiansund municipality is planning to build a new primary school in Goma. The site is located at Røssyngveien 17. The new primary school is designed to be 5,117 m2 (GFA). The school will be dimensioned for 400 pupils divided between 1st–7th years.

There is currently an existing building on the site that houses Røsslyngveien Nursery, Gomalandet Primary School and associated wraparound care. Parts of the existing building will be demolished.

Norconsult AS is Kristiansund municipality's consulting group and has prepared the requirement specifications for this project.

The procurement includes all work in connection with the demolition, new construction and outdoor areas for the new primary school to be in place when school starts for the 2025/26 school year.

The project mainly comprises all work related to:

- Necessary applications, planning and detailed engineering design of the works.

- Barracks at the construction site.

- Demolition of possible existing buildings/construction with associated mapping.

- Ground works in connection with the building, the traffic area, infrastructure and the outdoor area.

- Construction work, including technical installations.

- Outdoor works with necessary adaptations and preparation of adjoining areas.

- In-ground infrastructure for water and sewage facilities, high and low voltage electrical installations, waste solutions and other underground work.
