The purpose of the procurement is an evolutionary maintenance service of the Junta de Andalucía Archives Information System (@rchivA) for the document management applied to all documents of the Junta de Andalucía, the management of the single electronic archive of the Junta de Andalucía, the preservation of documents and files electronic archives, support for their operation and attention to the users of the System and the provision of digital services to the Administration and citizens within the framework of their corresponding Service Level Agreements.

The services subject to the contract must be developed within the framework of policies, standards, standards, methodologies, tools, etc.; defined and implemented by the CCPH and the Junta de Andalucía in terms of document management, single electronic file management and project management methodology, technological architecture, security, etc.
