The subject of the Order is:
Service related to the maintenance of order and cleanliness on plots under management of the Management Board of Municipal Menia in Białystok, broken down into two tasks, i.e.:
Task No 1: Work related to the maintenance of winter and summer order and cleanliness of plots belonging to the Community of Białystok and governed by the Management Board of Municipal Menia in Białystok in the area located within: 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26.
Task No 2: Liquidation of wild dumps manually or by heavy equipment on parcels owned by Białystok Municipality and governed by the Management Board of Municipal Menia in Białystok, together with the disposal and transfer of waste to RIPOK.
