The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for the development of comprehensive design documentation for the reconstruction/extension of the intersection of Witosa Avenue with Solarza Street, execution of inclusion/exclusion lanes, reconstruction of the inlets of Lewakowskiego Street and Rataja Street in Solarza Street together with the necessary technical infrastructure, buildings and construction equipment and obtaining a decision on ZRID and performing (with option rights) author's supervision over the implementation of works.
Size/Scope: The scope of the study includes, among others: 1) reconstruction / extension of the intersection. W. Witosa Avenue from Solarza Street 2) construction of inclusion/exclusion lanes from W. Witosa Avenue 3) reconstruction of the inlets of Lewakowskiego Street and Rataja Street into Solarza Street 4) construction of the necessary technical infrastructure along with the reconstruction of colliding buildings and construction equipment 5) construction/reconstruction of sidewalks, bicycle paths, pedestrian crossings, 6) strengthening of the istn. road surface if necessary, 7) construction/reconstruction of public parking spaces, access roads, ext. and pedestrian routes 8) construction/reconstruction of bus stop bays with ITS passenger information system equipment 9) construction of elements resulting from obtained administrative decisions, environmental protection devices, traffic safety, engineering structures - if necessary 10) checking the stability of slopes with their protection and securing possible landslides 11) other elements resulting from WAR. techn. and applicable regulations 12) other data to the project. in accordance with the current regulations, including the provisions of European Union and Polish law, 13) construction/reconstruction of culverts to the extent necessary to implement the investment – if necessary, street drainage together with devices purifying rainwater from the road body and adjacent area with the construction of inclusion of this drainage to the receivers of these waters on the basis of obtained conditions, consents from owners/managers of receivers 14) construction / reconstruction lighting to the necessary extent 15) construction of intersection lighting project. roads with transverse streets, lighting pedestrian crossings 16) construction of a technological channel 17) necessary cutting of greenery and new plantings 18) construction of elements resulting from the needs of environmental protection (e.g. construction of acoustic screens) if necessary 19) elements of vertical and horizontal marking 20) protective barriers, balustrades, pedestrian fences (if necessary) 21) universal sockets for vertical marking 22) construction/reconstruction of infrastructure equipment technical interfering with the investment 23) development of the property division project 24) permanent stabilization of the project. road lane – in terms of bills of quantities, cost estimates, guidelines for implementation and technical specifications 25) other elements resulting from technical conditions and applicable regulations. Approximate length of the project roads: 1) W. Witosa street (national road of GP class) to be reconstructed to a length of approx. 300 m; 2) I. Solarza street (municipal road of class L) to be reconstructed to a length of approx. 60 m; 3) M. Rataja street (internal road) to be reconstructed to a length of approx. 100 m; 4) K. Lewakowskiego street (internal road) to be reconstructed to a length of approx. 100 m. Total: 560 m The detailed scope is included in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting an attachment to the SWZ. In addition, the subject of the contract also includes the exercise of author's supervision over the implementation of construction works with the rights of option referred to in the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law. Estimated number – 5 beds (350 IU). Design documentation should be prepared in accordance with the Table of Projections (TOP). During the performance of the contract, the Contractor will perform all necessary activities necessary to perform the service covered by the subject of the contract. NOTE: Obtaining the ZRID decision by the Contractor of design works may take place only after securing funds in the budget of the City of Rzeszów for the payment of compensation for the acquired real estate, for which the Contractor is obliged to obtain written confirmation from the Contracting Authority before submitting an application for obtaining this decision.
