Elia System Operator SA acts in its name and on its behalf and as a central purchasing body ("aankoopcentrale" within the meaning of Article 2.7.b) of the Law of Purchase of 17.6.2016) in the name and for the account of Fluvius System Operator CVBA, Resa SA and Sibelga CVBA. The command contains a package: the public cloud infrastructure, the management of the tools and the operational management of these.

The Bidder will host and maintain this cloud platform, including the tools, with a high quality operational management process.
