The contract includes the planning services technical equipment according to § 53 ff HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI – ELT/HLS, ALG 1-8, work phases 2-9 for the modernization of the State Vocational School Center in Herzogenaurach.

The district of Erlangen-Höchstadt intends to modernize the state vocational school center Herzogenaurach-Höchstadt a. d. Aisch. The SBS Herzogenaurach comprises the teaching areas of metal and economics as well as the teaching areas of mechatronics technology and mechanical engineering in an annex building. The modernization is to take place without interim measures in the existing building in about four construction phases. The areas and the space requirement can be taken from the pre-tested room program. Funding is to be applied for for the measure. A funding application is planned for each construction phase. The first funding application is to be submitted to the government of Middle Franconia in 2023.
