The municipality of Sennfeld intends to build a new elementary and secondary school in Sennfeld.

Within the framework of this award procedure, project management services for project stages 1 to 5, action areas A to E are therefore to be awarded to AHO.

The object planning services for buildings and interiors, the services of the structural design as well as the specialist planning services for the technical building equipment (HLS and ELT) have already been awarded in separate procurement procedures.

The cost estimate currently foresees construction costs of approximately EUR 17 million gross for cost groups 200 to 700.

The replacement new building is expected to be completed by 30.06.2026.
