The subject of the contract is the purchase and update of the project for the second stage of construction of the 1.5 km Staszów bypass.
The scope of the contract includes:
- updating the construction and detailed design together with updating the tender documentation,
- obtaining on behalf of the investor, i.e. the Świętokrzyskie Provincial Road Administration in Kielce, all administrative decisions necessary to perform the task, including possibly decisions on environmental conditions, decisions of the water permit and ZRID decision or building permit.
The order will be implemented in accordance with the technical specification based on the design documentation titled Construction of the bypass system of the city of Staszów, section DW 764 km approx. 4 + 828.32 to DW 757 km approx. 6 + 268.22 with attachments.

The subject section of the voivodship road is entirely located in the Świętokrzyskie voivodship, Staszów poviat, commune Staszów and runs along a new trail. As part of the task, the design documentation for the construction of the bypass system of the city of Staszów should be updated, section DW 764 km approx. 4 + 828.32 to DW 757 km approx. 6 + 268.22. The designed beltway of the city of Staszów is a single-carriageway, two-lane road with bicycle paths, sidewalks, intersections, engineering facilities and access roads enabling the service of the adjacent area where arable fields are located. The investment includes the construction of a full range of single carriageway with intersections at intersections with cross roads.

- reduction of negative impact on the environment.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR.
3. The Contractor is obliged to fulfill the contract on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex 5 to the ToR.
