For the renovation of the building "Malvine-Weiss-Haus" in 3 construction phases, sanitary work is to be carried out. It is a clinic building for psychiatry and forensics.

The work essentially includes the following services:

Complete renovation of a psychiatric facility during ongoing operation in two construction phases: (BA1 =UG & EG; BA2=1.0G & 2.0G).

Production of temporary sanitation (waste water plastic pipe up to ON 150 approx. 450m;

Drinking water metal composite pipe up to DN40 approx. 550m with pipe tracing heating on façade in the outdoor area)

and provisional heating supply (MVB up to DN40 approx. 400m) during construction phase 1. After

Completion of BA 1 Dismantling of the temporary facilities and conversion to new technology from BA 1.

Complete dismantling of sanitary technology, on-site dismantling of sanitary objects and insulation.

Connection to existing supply from technical center.

Installation of rainwater and waste water pipes in SML up to DN200 approx. 650m,

Drinking water pipes made of stainless steel up to DN50 approx. 1400m.

Total number of sanitary objects approx. 220 pcs.

Thermal insulation and fire protection according to valid rules and standards.

Special features: partial commissioning BA 1, all installations vandal-protected and suicide prevention,

Double pump lifting system earth installation in on-site excavation,

Medical care combination made of stainless steel.
