The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in ensuring physical protection and taking actions consisting in preventing crimes and offenses against property, as well as its devastation or seizure – based on the general principles of physical protection services of persons and property within the meaning of the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1995, as amended, hereinafter: "Protection Act")

3. The procedure for the award of a public contract is conducted in the form of an unlimited tender with the possibility of conducting negotiations with an estimated value not exceeding the amounts specified in Article 2(1)(2) of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended) based on the provisions of the SeWiK Sectoral Procurement Regulations.

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in ensuring physical protection and taking actions consisting in preventing crimes and offenses against property, as well as its devastation or seizure – based on the general principles of physical protection services of persons and property within the meaning of the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1995, as amended, hereinafter: "Protection Act") executed in the form of:

a) surveillance and internal protection covering the facilities listed in the further part of the OPZ,

b) surveillance and external protection, which includes the objects listed in the further part of the OPZ, i.e. external areas and movable property located in this area.
