Procurement of open transport trolleys that will provide surgery and other customers at the hospitals Nyköping Hospital (NLN) and Mälarsjukhuset in Eskilstuna (MSE), with instruments and other materials. The sterilisation departments are moving into new premises and therefore new ways of working are needed. The sterilization department at NLN will start its operations in week 48 2023 and therefore needs delivery of trolleys to NLN to take place at the latest after ordering, and we expect to order, approx. 25 pcs. wagons at first.
MSE expects to move to new premises in the fall of 2025.
The total need for requested goods during the current contract period, including any option(s), is estimated to amount to approx. 50 pcs. to NLN and approx. 130 pcs. to MSE. Also (3-5 pcs) conveyor plate with room for at least 4 trolleys for forklift. The ceiling value in the framework agreement is SEK 5,000,000 excluding VAT.

Extent
The procurement relates to framework agreements in accordance with what is described in the procurement documents. Further referred to as Agreement.

Any guarantee of obtaining certain volume is not given.
Ceiling volume
The ceiling value in the framework agreement is SEK 5,000,000 excluding VAT.
If the value of the Framework Agreement exceeds the specified amount, the Framework Agreement shall expire without further confirmation from either party. The Parties share a mutual responsibility to notify the counterparty if the ceiling value is achieved.
The ceiling value shall not be viewed as a guaranteed value but only establishes an upper limit for the framework contract.
