The object of the procurement is the delivery of exercise and sports equipment to the clients involved in the procurement on the terms specified in this invitation to tender and its annexes. All products must be suitable for their intended use, of high quality and durable. The products in the contract basket that are individualised by area must meet the requirements set for them.

The procurement involves agreeing on a framework agreement. Procurement is divided into the following areas:

1) Pick-ups of sports and exercise equipment in Lappeenranta

2) Athletics sports equipment delivered to the customer

3) Ballpark equipment delivered to the customer

4) Equipment for indoor sports facilities delivered to the customer

5) Equipment for ice sports facilities delivered to the customer

6) Water sports and sports equipment delivered to the customer.

The tenderer may offer one or more components. Line-item quotes are not accepted. There is no limit to the number of areas that can be offered.

The aim is for the actual agreement period to begin on 1.10.2023 and end on 30.9.2025. In addition, the contracting entity reserves the possibility to extend the contract by two (1 + 1) option years if it so wishes.
