The contract covers the purchase of subscription services for French and foreign periodicals for all University services. Subscriptions ordered will take effect on the end date of current subscriptions. The incumbent undertakes to provide a service for the supply of periodical issues older than the year of the current subscription by proposing to the University a negotiated quote with the publishers. The University reserves the right to transform this estimate into firm order or not.

Market form: purchase orders with no minimum or maximum. Award of a single market. Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of 1 year. Estimated amount of benefits for the duration of the framework agreement: EUR 440 000,00.
