This tender concerns the delivery of groceries to citizens in Frederiksberg Municipality, Gentofte Municipality, Gladsaxe Municipality and Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality as well as Rudersdal Municipality. The task includes the following main elements
- Receipt of citizens' orders.
- Picking and packing of goods
- Delivery of goods to the citizen's home
- Place-laying of refrigerated goods for citizens
-Settlement.
This is practical help provided in accordance with section 83 of the Social Service Act. The contracting entity is obliged to ensure that personal and/or practical assistance is offered at home to citizens who are unable to perform certain tasks themselves due to reduced physical or mental capacity or due to special social problems. This also applies to help with shopping.
Frederiksberg Municipality, Gentofte Municipality, Gladsaxe Municipality, Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality and Rudersdal Municipality jointly offer framework agreements on the delivery of groceries to the municipalities' searched citizens in their own homes
Frederiksberg Municipality conducts the joint tender on behalf of all the municipalities, collectively referred to as the "Contracting Entity". All municipalities are jointly responsible for the parts of the joint tender in which the individual municipality participates. All municipalities enter into individual framework agreements with the winning bidders on the basis of the tender documents' contract.
In connection with the task, the municipality pays for ordering and delivery while the citizens pay for the goods. The estimated costs and value of the contract below only cover the municipality's costs for the task.
The estimated value of the contract is DKK 46.2 million. the maximum consumption on the framework agreement is estimated to be 25% larger and the total maximum consumption on the framework agreement is estimated at DKK 11.6 million.
In the tender, measures have been implemented to ensure environmental sustainability. The environment is included as an award criterion, and environmental requirements are also imposed on the performance of tasks, including requirements that citizens must also have the opportunity to buy organic products.
