The Contracting Authority envisages the award of contracts consisting in the repetition of similar services (specified in point 5 of this Terms of Reference and in detail in the Description of the subject matter of the contract

and the Price Form), the Contracting Authority anticipates that the value of these services may amount to a maximum of 25% of the value of the basic order. The total value was included in the calculation of the order value.

The procedure for awarding a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services may be initiated on the basis of a justification approved by the Contracting Authority for the need to perform such services and after securing appropriate financial resources.

The Contracting Authority provides for the obligation to pay a tender deposit in the amount of: PLN 30,000.00 (say: thirty thousand zlotys)
