The aim of this tender is to ensure that the Netherlands gains a better understanding of the protection situation of Syrian refugees in Turkey and Lebanon, including return dynamics, through direct safe communication, through technology that ensures a wide reach and swift and easily accessible communication, such as mobile technology, with refugees and their host communities.
