Bicycle leasing for employees in the association of the scarcity clinics

The KKSG concludes the framework agreement on behalf of and on behalf of the participating clients. The clients are not jointly and severally debtors. The agreement is concluded for a period of 48 months. The individual leases based on the agreement have a fixed term of 36 months. The duration of the individual leasing contracts can outlast the term of the framework agreement. The support provided by the contractor ends with the expiration of the last individual leasing contract. No minimum purchase quantity. Minimum conditions are specified for insurance. The start of service is set at 01.03.2022. To carry out the remuneration conversion, the required data is manually entered into the payroll software by representatives of the client using existing wage types. The contract is concluded on a flat-rate basis for all employees. Employees decide independently whether to take advantage of the offer to conclude individual leasing contracts. The offer also requires the specification of the number of authorized dealers (stationary and online), while bidders provide a list with company name and address with offer. The offer also requires an overview with the number of authorized dealers in the vicinity of the postal code at the headquarters of the respective companies. These dealers must also offer maintenance and service tasks. There must be at least 1 authorized dealer within a 25 km radius of the respective company's registered office. The offer must have proof (e.g. screenshot) of the distance kilometers (determined via Google Maps).
