The subject of the contract is the supply of spare parts and accessories for company vehicles operated by the Provincial Police Headquarters in Opole, indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting an attachment to the Terms of Reference. The quantities of the assortment given in the description of the subject of the order should be treated as an approximate amount. The quantity of the ordered assortment may change during the term of the contract, depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party, without the right to claim on the part of the contractor. The subject of the contract will be ordered in batches, which in the content of the contract are referred to as "one-time orders", depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party. The size of the "one-time order" will be agreed each time by a written notification within 3 days before the receipt of the order. Acceptance of the subject of the contract will be carried out successively in batches by the Contracting Authority's own transport from a point indicated by the contractor located within the administrative borders of the city of Opole or the contractor will deliver the ordered parts to the address of the Transport Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Opole, 95 Oleska Street, 45-232 Opole, within three days from the notification sent by the Ordering Party by fax or to the contractor's e-mail address.
