1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities of the City of Pionki Municipality

and municipal organizational units, in the period from 01-03-2023. to 29-02-2024, according to

with Annex 1 to the SWZ.

2. The contracting authority shall act on its own behalf and shall be entitled to conduct the procedure

tender on behalf of all organizational units of the Municipality of Pionki.

3. The Municipality of Pionki and organizational units shall conclude separate supply agreements

electricity to individual facilities (PPE points) resulting from this

public procurement procedures.

4. Existing contracts for the supply of electricity shall be concluded for a definite period until

28.02.2023r. New sales contracts will be concluded with the selected by way of order

a public seller of active energy to the Ordering Party's facilities and units

5. The Ordering Party declares that the procedure of selecting the energy seller in the form of a tender takes place once again, has a contract concluded for a definite period until 28.02.2023. with Renpro Sp. z o.o. for the sale of electricity and has concluded an agreement with the Distribution Network Operator: PGE Dystrybucja SA, for an indefinite period,

the Seller selected in the proceedings will provide PPE data in electronic form.

6. The Ordering Party shall provide the PPE data in electronic form to the Seller selected in the proceedings.

7. Estimated demand for electricity to the Ordering Party's facilities in the period

from 01-03-2023r. to 29-02-2024r. - according to Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.

8. The actual amount of electricity consumed by the Ordering Party shall be determined and settled on the basis of indications of the metering and settlement systems of the facilities. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for failure to collect or exceed the estimated amount of electricity by the Ordering Party.

9. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ, which is an integral part of the SWZ.
