Die Baumaßnahme auf der ehem. Hammonds Barracks (HAMB) mit einer Fläche von ca. 9,3 ha in Mannheim-Seckenheim dient in Zusammenarbeit mit den öffentlichen Trägern der Stadt Mannheim zur Erschließung (spätere öffentliche Straßen, Wege, Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen sowie Freianlagen) für ein geplantes Wohngebiet mit etwa 200 Wohneinheiten und einer Grünanlage "Die Grüne Mitte". Die Leistungen sind als Generalunternehmerleistung ausgeschrieben.
