Supply of dual commuter trains: 6 dual basic trains of UIC width and 23 dual basic trains of conventional width; the homologation of all typologies; the supply of the park pieces, tools and the initial warehouse of spare parts and the integral maintenance during 15 years of 11 dual trains.
- Supply of 29 dual commuter trains (initially, 6 dual basic trains with axles for track width of 1 435 mmm and 23 dual basic trains with axles for track width of 1 668 mm), with intermediate car with generation systems / accumulation of traction energy on non-electrified roads, with a maximum length of 68 +/- 10 m., with a voltage of 3,000 V in direct current and 25 000 V in alternating current and a maximum speed of at least 160 km / h under catenary power supply and 140 km / h in non-electrified areas, to provide service, prior to workshop transformation, in lines of width 1 668 mm or 1 435 mm of the RFIG, as well as the homologation of all train typologies included in the scope of the tender,
- Supply of park pieces equivalent to 3 trains (2 dual basic trains of conventional width and 1 dual basic train of UIC width), maintenance tools for a first workshop and a second level workshop and initial spare parts warehouse for the entire fleet acquired in the initial supply,
- Integral maintenance for 15 years of 11 dual basic trains.
