Periodic regulatory verification and maintenance of firefighting and protection equipment of the heritage of Pays de Meaux Habitat. This is an open call for tenders pursuant to Articles R2124-2 1° and R 2161-2 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code. This contract will take effect from the date appearing on the notification (provisionally on 1 January 2023) and will end on 31 December 2023. At the end of this period, it may be subject to three express renewals for a respective period of 12 months.

Periodic regulatory verification and maintenance of fire-fighting and fire protection equipment of the heritage of Pays de Meaux Habitat.The contract includes services at fixed prices and services at unit prices constituting a framework agreement without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 200,000 euros excluding tax annually concluded with an economic operator and executed as and when purchase orders are issued without negotiation and remission in competition pursuant to Articles R 2162-2 paragraph 2 and R 2162-13 and 14 of the Public Procurement Code.
