The purpose of this tender is the lawful procurement of cleaning services and glass washing for the sports accommodations of the municipality of Dordrecht. Through this tender, the municipality of Dordrecht strives to select one supplier who is able to carry out the cleaning services and glass washing of all locations at an optimal price-quality ratio.

The Contracting Authority wishes to conclude an Agreement with one (1) Supplier.

Team Sports Accommodations wishes to spend cleaning services and glass washing for its sports facilities.

The cleaning service package in this tender is defined as follows:

- Regular cleaning including sanitary equipment from the gymnasiums;

- Glass wash (facade glass inside and outside, siding, separation glass, other glass surfaces).

Team Sports Facilities currently manages 20 gymnasiums, 3 gaming rooms and sports building Sport+ (4 gymnasiums and 2 gaming rooms, are out of scope). The number and type of accommodations is subject to change. The current locations are in the Dordrecht region.

In the scope of this tender, all locations with all associated spaces are included. In the contract period, locations and/or spaces may be added to or expire from the assignment.
