This tender focuses on contracting a single Contractor who can meet WBL's need for the maintenance of the sites that the Contracting Authority owns in the northern part of Limburg. The contracting authority has divided its land geographically into North and South. These areas are different in character and have various functions. The primary purpose of the maintenance of the sites is to support the business operations: the purification and disposal of purified water. In addition, the sites also give appearance to the organization and their environment.

The annual value of the contract is estimated at ± € 225,000 excluding VAT. In order not to have any discussions about whether or not it is mandatory to initiate new tenders, waterschapsbedrijf Limburg can theoretically purchase an average of up to € 375,000 excluding VAT per calendar year.
