With funding from the federal government and the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, Duisburger Verkehrsgesellschaft AG is planning to renew the single-track branch of the Watereck sweeping facility in the railway's own body in Duisburg-Walsum. The Watereck sweeping facility is part of tram line 903 and connects Duisburg and Dinslaken with each other.

The subject of this invitation to tender is the supply of:

- 1 x turnout W785 EW49 - 100 - 1:6 - Fsch (B) left, gauge 1435

- 1 x EKW49 - 100 - 1:6 - Fsch (B) consisting of W786 and W788, gauge 1435

- 95.00m Vignole track on concrete sleepers, profile 49E1, gauge 1435

- 160 x SBS1500 concrete sleeper incl. rail fastening

- 30 x sleeper anchors for prestressed concrete sleeper SBS1500

- 3 x elektrohydraulischer Weichenantrieb HWE 61.1

The exact scope of delivery will be determined by the client after completion of the rail division plans. When determining the track dimensions, the Technical Rules for Track Guidance (TRSp) according to the Ordinance on the Construction and Operation of Trams (BO Strab) must be observed.
