The Stadthalle Chemnitz, which opened in 1974, will be supplemented by a congressional annex. This project is part of an overall measure, which also includes renovation measures and the replacement of ventilation and air conditioning systems. The congress extension subproject is called TP8 CCC. This subproject is an extension of the inventory structure with three additional meeting rooms. After partial demolition of the "loading zone" on the Theaterstraße, the building volume will be supplemented on this side (facade N / NW) .This tender includes the carpeting and parquet work in the area of this extension.
