The subject of the contract is: The service of collecting and transporting municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the Władysławów Commune with the codes: 20 03 01; 20 01 01; 15 01 07; 20 02 01; 20 01 39; to Miejskie Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalnymi Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Konin at 13 Sulańska Street and the service of collecting, transporting and managing other municipal waste from property owners residing in the Władysławów Commune, as well as services of collecting and transporting municipal waste from the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) with codes: 20 01 01; 15 01 07; 20 02 01; 20 01 39; to Miejskie Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalnymi Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Konin at 13 Sulańska Street and services of collecting, transporting and managing other municipal waste collected in PSZOK.

from the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) with codes: 20 01 01; 15 01 07; 20 02 01; 20 01 39; to Miejskie Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalnymi Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Konin at 13 Sulańska Street and services of collecting, transporting and managing other municipal waste collected in PSZOK. The contract covers the owners of real estate known at present and known during the period of performance of the contract concluded as a result of the resolution of the present proceedings.
