Region Syddanmark, Southwest Jutland Hospital Esbjerg (Client) offers expansion of the existing parking garage located Nørrebrogade 1 B, 6700 Esbjerg.
The primary purpose of the extension is to address the increasing need for parking of passenger cars by staff, outpatient patients and relatives of the Sygehuset in Esbjerg.
The existing parking garage is primarily constructed as a precast concrete element building with an open façade with light planting.
The extension of the parking garage consists of 2 or 3 new floors, located on top of the existing parking garage. Tenders are offered in parallel tenders or offers for expansion by 2 or 3 floors. The offers for 2 floors must be with foundations and constructive construction, as well as all engineering, prepared for 3 floors as well as the option to expand by 1 floor.
The works are offered in large-scale contracts. Several of the major contracts are offered in whole or in part with contractor design.
Contracting is subject to approval by the Regional Council.
Major contract No. 1 Earthworks, sewerage and concrete worksThe extension of the parking garage consists of 2 or 3 new floors, located on top of the existing parking garage. Tenders are offered in parallel tenders or for extension by 2 or 3 storeys, except that for large-scale contract No. 1 Earth, sewer and concrete works, only one tender list must be completed/one tender is submitted. The offers for 2 floors must be with foundations and constructive construction, as well as all engineering, prepared for 3 floors as well as the option of later expansion by 1 floor.
