Consultation is open to architects presenting themselves if they possess all the skills within the architectural firm. These competencies are mandatory and must be clearly expressed in the application file under penalty of exclusion. The architect will be obligatorily the agent, he may eventually subcontract the associated skills required for the fluides design office but will have to present them as such upon submission of the application (all supporting documents)
