Any current or future member of the current Alliance Homes group of companies may contract through this procurement.This procurement is being tendered in accordance with the Open Procedure of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 . The estimated value of the resulting contract will be between £150,000 and £450,000 (ex VAT). The duration of the contract is for a period of 5 years with the option to extend for 1 further period of 12 months.
