Vehicle supply contract through operational leasing in two lots. It is therefore a long-term rental of vehicles, the description of which is mentioned in the technical clauses against the payment of a fixed monthly rent for the duration of the contract.

This contract is subdivided into two lots:

- Lot 1: service vehicles

- Lot 2: Directors' and Function's Vehicles

The contract shall be divided into a firm tranche and a conditional tranche concerning lot 2.

The firm tranche and the conditional tranche are described below:

Firm tranche: Directors' vehicles

Conditional tranche: company vehicles, the number of vehicles over the 48 months is not yet determined. The granting of these vehicles is subject to negotiation with the trade unions (with a maximum of 150 orders).
