The aim of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements for service assignments and trade services for small and large assignments in our churches and other properties. The framework agreement can be used by several sections at KfiO and the Church Warden for Cemeteries and Burials Agency for various assignments. A parallel framework agreement is planned with up to three tenderers per sub-area, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders. Tenderers can have coordination and follow-up responsibilities with other sub-areas/trade groups. The sub-areas for this procurement are: Joinery/masonry/ground work, painting, electrician services, plumbing, flashing and guttering, and ventilation work. The framework agreement has a total estimated value of approx. NOK 23 million a year, split between six - 6 - trade areas with a planned total of 18 tenderers. It should be noted that these are estimated volumes and that the actual allocation will depend on the specific needs arising during the framework agreement period, etc. The estimates are not binding for the contracting authority, and they can be increased/reduced.
