The Contracting Authority for this competition is: Ålesund kommune.
The participating municipalities (hereafter called the Contracting Authority) for this competition are: Ålesund, Giske, Haram, Skodje, Stordal, Stranda, Sula, Sykkylven, Ørskog, Hareid, Ulstein, Herøy, Sande, Ørsta and Volda. Stordal, Norddal and Sandøy municipalities will participate in the contract from 1.7.2016.
The municipality is responsible for checking the alcohol turnover in the municipality, cf. The Act on the turnover of alcoholic drinks etc. Act dated 2.6.1989 no. 27, last amended with effect from 1.7.2005, as well as the accompanying regulations dated 8.6.2005, with effect from 1.7.20115 on checks of sales and licences.
The Contracting Authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with a service provider to carry out checks in accordance with the Alcohol Act in order to use the municipalities'resources more expediently.
The framework agreement will be for two (2) years, with an option for the Contracting Authority to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year.
