The city of Rösrath would like to restructure the Freiherr-vom-Stein school centre in Rösrath by expanding and renovating it. The aim is to renovate existing school buildings with approx. 22,000 sqm GFA and to build a new building with approx. 2,600 sqm GFA, in which the canteen, premises for the tied all-day operation and specialist rooms will be accommodated. The tendering and awarding of the construction services is carried out on a trade-by-trade basis. In this case, tile work in the existing building is put out to tender.

The contractor must be prepared for the fact that the school is in ongoing operation and that the work in the rooms must therefore be carried out at a staggered time or in several rooms in parallel.

- Demolition of floor tiles: approx. 310 m2

- Demolition of wall tiles: approx. 65 m2

- Re-laying floor tiles: approx. 190 m2

- Re-laying wall tiles: approx. 500 m2
