Gentofte Gladsaxe District Heating (GGF) is responsible for the heat supply in Gentofte and Gladsaxe Municipality and is therefore responsible for purchasing and installing heat meters on behalf of the 2 municipalities. GGF maintains, services and ensures the reading of the meters.
GGF is responsible for collecting data with regard to district heating meters in Gentofte Municipality. Data collection is handled by third parties on a hosted solution for district heating meters in Gladsaxe Municipality.
All district heating meters covered by the agreement are thus delivered without transmitter, but with room for the installation of a minimum of 2 communication modules.

The framework agreement is exclusive and binding on the Client. However, the Purchaser reserves the right to cover its purchasing needs from another supplier if the winning tenderer is unable to meet the delivery deadlines stipulated in the agreement during the term of the contract
