The Parliamentary Ombudsman shall enter into framework agreement for graphic services and products. The agreement shall be signed with one (1) tenderer.

The agreement includes adjusting the graphic profile, development of concepts for future Annual Reports, and layout and production services connected to different categories of documents and printed matter. The chosen tenderer shall also provide printing.
