The subject of the public contract is "Modernization of street lighting in the Municipality of Uścimów". The task includes the execution of an executive design of the modernization of street lighting along with the dismantling of 360 pcs. existing luminaires, delivery and assembly of 360 pcs. LED street luminaires and delivery and installation of 38 pcs. lighting cabinets.

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

a) execution of the detailed design of the modernization of street lighting in the Uścimów Commune in accordance with the technical conditions issued by PGE (Annex 1a to the SWZ) together with its agreement with the local Distribution System Operator – PGE Dystrybucja SA Lublin Region - Area, before the start of the installation and conclusion of an agreement with the DSO on cooperation in the modernization of road and street lighting,

b) dismantling 360 pcs. existing luminaires,

c) delivery of LED street luminaires, consistent with the submitted offer,

in place of installation work in the amount of 360 pcs. having the functionality of a variable power profile and individual change of power profile. The level of programming of the 24 h cycle power supply of the supplied luminaire should take into account both the requirements of the street lighting standard PN-EN 13201:2016 or an equivalent reference system as well as the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws No. 93/2007, item 623, as amended),

d) installation of supplied outdoor lighting fixtures on booms and poles in accordance with the "Description of requirements for performance and functionality of the subject of the contract: Modernization of street lighting in the Municipality of Uścimów" (tables) – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, in the amount of 360 pcs.,

e) installation of power cables (luminaire - protection) with a length of approx. 4 m per set for overhead line poles and approx. 12 m for a set for cable line poles,

f) installation of protection for all luminaires: fuse insert 4A,

g) replacement of AL/Cu current terminals for all luminaires on overhead lines. For the connector on the non-insulated line, a terminal adapted for installation on non-insulated lines should be used, for the connector on the insulated line a terminal adapted for installation on the insulated line,

h) delivery and installation of 38 pcs. lighting cabinets equipped with timers, B+C surge protection, "soft start" system and taking measuring systems outside the area of transformer stations, along with the implementation of the required projects

i) delivery and installation of 38 pcs. reactive power compensation systems

j) replacement of booms with galvanized single-arm for luminaires modernized on overhead lines with geometrical parameters resulting from the contractor's photometric calculations, mounted on the top and in justified cases, when mounting on the top is impossible to the side of the pole in the amount of 360 pcs.,

k) installation and commissioning of the lighting control and management system for luminaires with the possibility of data transfer between luminaires and the management center together with management software. Technical requirements and functionality of luminaires and elements of the lighting supervision and management system are described in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires that the offer of the control system includes, for the warranty period, the costs of: license, commissioning, configuration and training of employees to operate it,

l) measurements of the effectiveness of protection against electric shock,

m) measurements of earth resistance and insulation of wires and cables,

n) performing illuminance measurements for five sections of modernized lighting indicated by the Contracting Entity, and in the event that any of the lighting intensity measurements does not confirm the levels from the submitted bid, conducting 100% control of the intensity of modernized lighting covered by the project, at the Contractor's expense – within no more than 14 days,

o) measurements of installed power and cosφ for all modernized lighting circuits – with a clamp meter,

p) checking the continuity of the wires of power cables,

q) implementation of temporary traffic organization projects with their introduction,

r) preparation of as-built documentation for the housings to be replaced.
