1. The object of the order is:

(a) the performance of a service consisting of the receipt and development of municipal waste from the territory of the City of Radziejów from the owners of the inhabited property,

(b) providing property owners with containers and bags for collection of municipal waste, maintaining containers in appropriate sanitary, cleanup and technical condition, and emptying them,

(c) providing owners of properties which are heated with a solid fuel heating boiler bags for collecting ash from household fireboxes and receiving them,

(d) equipping the selective collection point of municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) with containers emptying them and maintaining them in appropriate sanitary, cleanup and technical condition,

e) setting at multi-family buildings of containers for collection of glass, paper, metals and plastics, Bio, waste mixed so-called bells, their emptying, and replacement, maintenance or repair - maintenance in adequate sanitary condition, p

e) setting at buildings of multi-family containers for the collection of glass, paper, metals and plastics, Bio, waste mixed so-called bells, their emptying, and replacement, maintenance or repair - maintenance in appropriate sanitary, cleanup and technical condition,

(f) insertion in the designated 3 pharmacies of appropriately labelled containers for collection of expired medicines and emptying at a frequency not causing overflow of these containers, no less than once per quarter,

(g) insertion of containers in the designated 3 public buildings for collection of used batteries and emptying them at a frequency not causing overflow of these containers, no less than once a quarter.

The Contracting Authority requires that the service be tailored to the needs of all users, including those with disabilities.

3. The subject of the contract is to be implemented in keeping with the timetable and method of provision of services laid down in the Rules of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the Municipality City of Radziejów Resolution No. XII/102/2020 of the Radziejów City Council of 21 July 2020 on the adoption of the Terms and Conditions of Maintenance cleanliness and order in the Municipality Miasto Radziejów.
