The stipulations of this Special administrative clauses (CCAP) concern the rental of coaches with drivers. This framework agreement sets all the conditions of performance of the services, it is carried out as and when the order forms are issued by the contracting authority.

Approximately, the annual mileage is 45,000 km. Travel will be intramural but also provincial. Thus, journeys can take place throughout France. Several weekly trips are to be expected, and those during the entire year, whether half-day, full days, or even in the evening. The trips can be from Blanc-Mesnil or from another collection point.

These journeys include return trips to Barre-de-Monts, in the Vendée, but also trips made during stays at the La Barre-de-Monts holiday center.
