The purpose of this consultation is to supply office equipment and paper for the needs of the control group of the Beaune, Côte et Sud Agglomeration Community (CABCS - coordinator of the group), the Commune of Beaune, its CCAS and the communes of La Rochepot and Ruffey les Beaune.

this contract is awarded in the form of a framework agreement with single-awarded purchase orders awarded in the form of a contract with a formalized procedure pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1 ° and L2124-1, and Articles R2124-1 and R2124-2-1 °, R2162-1 to R2162-6, and R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code.

The contract is concluded without minimum and with a maximum of 400,000 euro HT over the duration of the contract.

The contract takes effect from 1 August 2023 or on the date of notification of the contract if it is later for a period of 4 years.

By way of derogation from article 3.1.2 of the ccags fcs, the notification is deemed to have been made on the date of dispatch of the documents on the buyer profile.
