The Helsinki Region Environmental Services Authority invites binding tenders for the care and maintenance of the buildings and technical systems of the Ämmässuo eco-industrial centre as well as outdoor areas.

The area of the eco-industrial centre is about 200 hectares and it is surrounded by a protected green area. Waste received by HSY is processed and stored in the area.

The eco-industrial centre has office and warehouse properties, the maintenance of which is carried out in accordance with the maintenance system in use Novi by Pinja. Maintenance and inspections in accordance with the maintenance programme are carried out in the service. Mobile time tracking is used.

Outdoor areas are managed with the service provider's property maintenance machine and existing accessories owned by the client. They must be compatible and work on the service provider's machines.

Please note that the tour will take place on 20.9.2023 between 9.00 and 10.30.

The current facility maintenance machine is a Lundberg 6240. The machine supplied by the service provider must be of the same size and run on renewable fuel.

The service provider's machine must be compatible with the subscriber's accessories. The service provider maintains the accessories at its own expense. The customer is responsible for repairs and spare parts due to normal wear and tear of additional equipment. The service provider must immediately notify the customer of the need for repairs. Additional equipment must be in working order at the end of the contract.

Motor fuel for the machine is purchased by the customer. More detailed information can be found in the annexes to the invitation to tender.

The amounts of service need mentioned in the invitation to tender and its appendices are estimates and are not binding on the Customer.
