The purpose of this framework agreement, referenced under the consultation number 202017, is the supply of new printed non-school books for all the components and services of the University.

- lot 1: supply of books published in Iberian (Spanish, Portuguese, Galician, Catalan, Basque…) and Ibero-American languages, in all countries. All themes, all levels, all types, for all University sites. 30,000 - 40,000 EUR;

- lot 2: supply of books in all languages except Iberian (Spanish, Portuguese, Galician, Catalan, Basque, etc.) and Ibero-American. All themes, all levels, all types, all publishing countries except France, for the Toulouse and Blagnac sites. 40,000 - 50,000 EUR;

- lot 3: supply of books published in France, covering philosophy, linguistics and languages, music and cinema, French literature and translated foreign literature. All levels, all types (except children's books), all languages, for the Toulouse and Blagnac sites. 90,000 - 100,000 EUR;

- lot 4: supply of books published in France, relating to the arts (except music and cinema), history, archeology. All levels, all types (except children's books), all languages, for the Toulouse and Blagnac sites. 50,000 - 60,000 EUR;

- lot 5: equipment and supply of books published in France, on psychology, religions and mythologies, anthropology, ethnology, sociology, educational sciences, geography (see article 1 of the CCP) . All levels, all types (except children's books), all languages, for the Toulouse and Blagnac sites. 50,000 - 60,000 EUR;

- lot 6: supply of books published in France: general books, information, library science, IT, economics, management, law, science and technology (including acoustics, aeronautics, mechanics, electrical engineering), mathematics, sport. All levels, all types (except children's books), all languages, for the Toulouse and Blagnac sites. 20,000 - 30,000 EUR;

- lot 7: supply of children's books in French, including comics and manga, all publishing countries, all languages, for the Toulouse and Blagnac sites. 5,000 - 20,000 EUR;

- lot 8: supply of comics and manga in French (excluding comics and manga for children), all publishing countries, except Canada, for the Toulouse and Blagnac sites. 5,000 - 10,000 EUR;

- lot 9: supply of new printed non-school books for all disciplines, all levels, all types, all publishing countries, published in French, for the Foix site. 3,000 - 10,000 EUR;

- lot 10: supply of new printed non-school books for all disciplines, all levels, all types, all publishing countries, published in French, for the Montauban site. 3,000 - 10,000 EUR;

- lot 11: supply of new printed non-school books for all disciplines, all levels, all types, all countries of publication, published in French, for the Rodez site. 3,000 - 10,000 EUR;

- lot 12: supply of new printed non-school books for all disciplines, all levels, all types, all publishing countries, published in French, for the Auch site. 3,000 - 10,000 EUR;
