One central evaluator (possibly one consortium) is requested for joint evaluation of EU Structural Fund projects for the 2021-2027 programme period and decentralised business advancement projects (financed by national resources). The agreement covers individual evaluations, thematic evaluations, intermediation obligations, etc., as well as the procurement services referred to in the requirements specification, including extended mid-term evaluation and final evaluation of individual projects. In addition, there is an option to carry out evaluations of projects under the Fair Transition Fund.
