72076 Tübingen, Otfried-Müller-Straße, University Hospital Tübingen, new teaching and learning center (LLZ), engineering services according to Part 4 Section 2 HOAI in the new building LLZ are used for theoretical and practical academic training and nursing training.

In addition, the training and further education of the University Hospital Tübingen is located in the building.

Skills areas, library, lecture halls and seminar rooms are to be shared.

In the new building, approx. 13,500 m 2nd Usable areas (NUF 1-7) can be realized:

- KG 300: around EUR 42.7 million gross;

- KG 400: around EUR 22.2 million gross, including cost groups 471 and 474 (not included in the order);

- Lot 1 (HLSK): around EUR 12.7 million gross;

- Lot 2 (ELT): around EUR 8.5 million gross.

Sustainability certification of the construction project using the Sustainable Building Assessment System (BNB) is planned. A certificate in BNB silver is sought.

The BIM planning method should be used.

Services in service phase 2-9 for the following system groups in accordance with Section 53 (2) HOAI:

- No. 1: sewage, water, gas systems;

- No. 2: heat supply systems;

- No. 3: ventilation systems;

- No. 8: building automation.
