Tender for a single framework agreement concerning the establishment of fibre infrastructure, including the installation of pipe infrastructure, fibre cables, etc. along the railway. Secondarily, digging tasks and undershooting tasks as a prerequisite for the execution of the installation tasks. The supplier is responsible for design. The framework agreement is offered as a turnkey contract under ABT18 and is awarded to one Supplier. The project must be carried out throughout the country.
The total tender results in one (1) framework agreement, which will be awarded to one (1) supplier. The framework agreement is offered as a turnkey contract under ABT18.
Hovedydelse A):
Main service A includes the establishment of fiber infrastructure and copper cables, including the execution of fiber technical installation tasks. Performing the installation tasks consists of installing fiber cables etc. The supplier must also be able to carry out testing and quality assurance of the installed infrastructure. Services such as pulling and laying cables in cable rims and cable trays as well as troubleshooting with light sticks and other simple fiber services are not part of main service A.
Hovedydelse B):
Main service B includes design of installation of fiber cables and copper cables. In addition, the supplier must handle the project management in connection with this.
Hovedydelse C):
Main service C includes excavation tasks in connection with main service A. The excavation tasks typically consist of excavation of pits, burying of pipes along the track and establishment of alignment in various paving materials. Undershooting tasks are performed as a result of the installation of fiber cables. Furthermore, risk analysis is carried out with relevant professional competencies for the implementation of the work in the track using the Common Safety Method (CSM).
Hovedydelse D):
Main service D includes electrical technical services incl. design and planning in connection with a cabinet or a larger cabin, including switchboard, cooling, UPS, generator, supply lines, and the like, which is required for a cabinet or a larger cabin to function.
In addition, simple fiber technical tasks such as pulling and laying cables in cable gutters and cable trays as well as troubleshooting with light sticks and other simple fiber services must be provided
To. Hovedydelse E):
Main service E includes the provision of indoor and outdoor storage facilities for the storage of the materials to be used in main services A, C, D and F as well as logistics services in relation to ensuring the receipt of goods, registration of incoming and outgoing goods and counting.
Hovedydelse F):
Main service F includes crane services as well as installation of cabinets or larger cabins as well as design and planning thereof.
The services must be carried out throughout the country in connection with railway infrastructure.
