The objectives of the service are to enable Service Users to receive the right equipment and to ensure that they can be safe and independent at home or out in the community, reducing their need for other health and social care services

Equipment will range from mobility aids, such as crutches and walking frames, to wheelchairs and more complex items such as adjustable beds and hoists. Items are provided free of charge to Service Users of all ages who meet the agreed criteria
