The contract covers the following services: Supply of road materials.

the services are carried out for the buyer Grand Poitiers Achats, the central purchasing office of the Grand Poitiers Urban Community.

The services are broken down into 8 lots as follows.

the form chosen for the execution of the contract is with purchase orders with no minimum and with a maximum of multi-contractors in application of articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.

the contract shall be concluded from 1 January 2024, or on a later date if the notification is later, to 31 December 2027

calcareous materials - aC to BDC maximum amount 300,000.00 euro (excl. VAT).

alluvial materials - aC to BDC maximum amount 150,000.00 euro (excl. VAT).

eruptive materials - aC to BDC maximum amount 560,000.00 euro (excl. VAT).

Cold mix - AC BDC maximum amount 330,000.00 euro (excl. VAT).

Receipt and treatment of recyclable or inert excavated material and supply of recycled road materials or materials from the platform's trading activity - aC to BDC maximum amount 450,000.00 euro (excl. VAT).

bituminous concrete - aC to BDC maximum amount 510,000.00 euro (excl. VAT).

cationic emulsion - aC to BDC maximum amount 700,000.00 euro (excl. VAT).

Cold mix in buckets - aC to BDC maximum amount 150,000.00 euro (excl. VAT).
